اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْنِي بِالْقُرْءَانِ وَاجْعَلْهُ لِي إِمَاماً وَنُوراً وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً اللَّهُمَّ ذَكِّرْنِي مِنْهُ مَا نَسِيتُ وَعَلِّمْنِي مِنْهُ مَا جَهِلْتُ وَارْزُقْنِي تِلَاوَتَهُ آنَاءَ اللَّيْلِ وَأَطْرَافَ النَّهَارِ وَاجْعَلْهُ لِي حُجَّةً يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ

O Allah, have mercy on me through the Quran, and make it for me a leader, a light, a guidance, and a mercy. O Allah, remind me of what I have forgotten from it, teach me of it what I am ignorant of, grant me its recitation during the hours of the night and the ends of the day, and make it a proof for me, O Lord of the worlds.

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلِ الْقُرْآنَ الْعَظِيمَ رَبِيعَ قُلُوبِنَا، وَنُورَ صُدُورِنَا، وَجَلَاءَ أَحْزَانِنَا، وَذَهَابَ هُمُومِنَا وَغُمُومِنَا اللَّهُمَّ ذَكِّرْنَا مِنْهُ مَا نَسِينَاهُ، وَعَلِّمْنَا مِنْهُ مَا جَهِلْنَاهُ، وَوَفِّقْنَا لِتِلَاوَتِهِ وَالْعَمَلِ بِهِ آنَاءَ اللَّيْلِ وَأَطْرَافَ النَّهَارِ عَلَى الْوَجْهِ الَّذِي يُرْضِيكَ عَنَّا اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنَا مِمَّنْ يُحِلُّ حَلَالَهُ، وَيُحَرِّمُ حَرَامَهُ، وَيَعْمَلُ بِمُحْكَمِهِ، وَيُؤْمِنُ بِمُتَشَابِهِهِ، وَيَتْلُوهُ حَقَّ تِلَاوَتِهِ اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنَا مِمَّنْ يُرَتِّلُ حُرُوفَهُ وَيُقِيمُ حُدُودَهُ، وَلَا تَجْعَلْنَا مِمَّنْ يُرَتِّلُ حُرُوفَهُ وَيُضَيِّعُ حُدُودَهُ اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلِ الْقُرْآنَ لَنَا هُدًى وَنُورًا وَرَحْمَةً، وَلَا تَجْعَلْهُ عَلَيْنَا وَبَالاً وَحُجَّةً وَنِقْمَةً اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنَا مِمَّنْ يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ فَيَرْقَى، وَلَا تَجْعَلْنَا مِمَّنْ يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ فَيَشْقَى اللَّهُمَّ انْقُلْنَا بِالْقُرْآنِ الْعَظِيمِ مِنَ الذُّلِّ إِلَى الْعِزِّ، وَمِنَ الضَّلَالِ إِلَى الْهُدَى، وَمِنَ الشَّرِّ إِلَى الْخَيْرِ، وَمِنَ الشَّقَاءِ إِلَى السَّعَادَةِ، وَمِنَ الْإِهَانَةِ إِلَى الْكَرَامَةِ

O Allah, make the Magnificent Quran the spring of our hearts, the light of our chests, the banisher of our sorrows, and the remover of our worries and griefs. O Allah, remind us from it what we have forgotten, teach us from it what we are ignorant of, and grant us success in reciting it and acting upon it during the hours of the night and the ends of the day in the manner that pleases You. O Allah, make us from those who deem lawful what it makes lawful, deem forbidden what it makes forbidden, act upon its clear verses, believe in its ambiguous verses, and recite it as it deserves to be recited. O Allah, make us from those who recite its letters and uphold its limits, and do not make us from those who recite its letters but neglect its limits. O Allah, make the Quran for us guidance, light, and mercy, and do not make it against us a burden, a proof, and a punishment. O Allah, make us from those who read the Quran and are elevated, and do not make us from those who read the Quran and are made wretched. O Allah, transfer us through the Magnificent Quran from humiliation to honor, from misguidance to guidance, from evil to good, from misery to happiness, and from disgrace to dignity.

The first line adapts the hadith in Ahmad 1/391 (Al-Albani: Sahih); the rest is a commonly recited du'a, not a hadith.

اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْنِي بِالْقُرْءَانِ وَاجْعَلْهُ لِي إِمَاماً وَنُوراً وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً اللَّهُمَّ ذَكِّرْنِي مِنْهُ مَا نَسِيتُ وَعَلِّمْنِي مِنْهُ مَا جَهِلْتُ وَارْزُقْنِي تِلَاوَتَهُ آنَاءَ اللَّيْلِ وَأَطْرَافَ النَّهَارِ وَاجْعَلْهُ لِي حُجَّةً يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ اللَّهُمَّ أَصْلِحْ لِي دِينِي الَّذِي هُوَ عِصْمَةُ أَمْرِي وَأَصْلِحْ لِي دُنْيَايَ الَّتِي فِيهَا مَعَاشِي وَأَصْلِحْ لِي آخِرَتِي الَّتِي فِيهَا مَعَادِي وَاجْعَلِ الْحَيَاةَ زِيَادَةً لِي فِي كُلِّ خَيْرٍ وَاجْعَلِ الْمَوْتَ رَاحَةً لِي مِنْ كُلِّ شَرٍّ اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ خَيْرَ عُمْرِي آخِرَهُ وَخَيْرَ عَمَلِي خَوَاتِمَهُ وَخَيْرَ أَيَّامِي يَوْمَ أَلْقَاكَ فِيهِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِيشَةً هَنِيَّةً وَمِيتَةً سَوِيَّةً وَمَرَدًّا غَيْرَ مُخْزٍ وَلَا فَاضِحٍ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ الْمَسْأَلَةِ وَخَيْرَ الدُّعَاءِ وَخَيْرَ النَّجَاحِ وَخَيْرَ الْعِلْمِ وَخَيْرَ الْعَمَلِ وَخَيْرَ الثَّوَابِ وَخَيْرَ الْحَيَاةِ وَخَيْرَ الْمَمَاتِ وَثَبِّتْنِي وَثَقِّلْ مَوَازِينِي وَحَقِّقْ إِيمَانِي وَارْفَعْ دَرَجَتِي وَتَقَبَّلْ صَلَاتِي وَاغْفِرْ خَطِيئَاتِي وَأَسْأَلُكَ الْعُلَا مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مُوجِبَاتِ رَحْمَتِكَ وَعَزَائِمِ مَغْفِرَتِكَ وَالسَّلَامَةَ مِنْ كُلِّ إِثْمٍ وَالْغَنِيمَةَ مِنْ كُلِّ بِرٍّ وَالْفَوْزَ بِالْجَنَّةِ وَالنَّجَاةَ مِنَ النَّارِ اللَّهُمَّ أَحْسِنْ عَاقِبَتَنَا فِي الْأُمُورِ كُلِّهَا وَأَجِرْنَا مِنْ خِزْيِ الدُّنْيَا وَعَذَابِ الْآخِرَةِ اللَّهُمَّ اقْسِمْ لَنَا مِنْ خَشْيَتِكَ مَا تَحُولُ بِهِ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ مَعْصِيَتِكَ وَمِنْ طَاعَتِكَ مَا تُبَلِّغُنَا بِهَا جَنَّتَكَ وَمِنَ الْيَقِينِ مَا تُهَوِّنُ بِهِ عَلَيْنَا مَصَائِبَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَتِّعْنَا بِأَسْمَاعِنَا وَأَبْصَارِنَا وَقُوَّتِنَا مَا أَحْيَيْتَنَا وَاجْعَلْهُ الْوَارِثَ مِنَّا وَاجْعَلْ ثَأْرَنَا عَلَى مَنْ ظَلَمَنَا وَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى مَنْ عَادَانَا وَلَا تَجْعَلْ مُصِيبَتَنَا فِي دِينِنَا وَلَا تَجْعَلِ الدُّنْيَا أَكْبَرَ هَمِّنَا وَلَا مَبْلَغَ عِلْمِنَا وَلَا تُسَلِّطْ عَلَيْنَا مَنْ لَا يَرْحَمُنَا اللَّهُمَّ لَا تَدَعْ لَنَا ذَنْبًا إِلَّا غَفَرْتَهُ وَلَا هَمًّا إِلَّا فَرَّجْتَهُ وَلَا دَيْنًا إِلَّا قَضَيْتَهُ وَلَا حَاجَةً مِنْ حَوَائِجِ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا قَضَيْتَهَا يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ وَصَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا وَنَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَأَصْحَابِهِ الْأَخْيَارِ وَسَلَّمَ تَسْلِيمًا كَثِيراً

O Allah, have mercy on me through the Quran, and make it for me a leader, a light, a guidance, and a mercy. O Allah, remind me of what I have forgotten from it, teach me of it what I am ignorant of, grant me its recitation during the hours of the night and the ends of the day, and make it a proof for me, O Lord of the worlds. O Allah, rectify for me my religion which is the safeguard of my affairs, and rectify for me my worldly life in which is my livelihood, and rectify for me my Hereafter to which is my return. Make life an increase for me in every good, and make death a comfort for me from every evil. O Allah, make the best of my life its end, the best of my deeds their conclusion, and the best of my days the day I meet You. O Allah, I ask You for a pleasant life, a peaceful death, and a return that is neither disgracing nor shameful. O Allah, I ask You for the best of requests, the best of supplication, the best of success, the best of knowledge, the best of deeds, the best of reward, the best of life, and the best of death. Keep me firm, make my scales heavy, confirm my faith, elevate my rank, accept my prayer, forgive my sins, and I ask You for the highest ranks in Paradise. O Allah, I ask You for the means of Your mercy, the resolves of Your forgiveness, safety from every sin, benefit from every good deed, the attainment of Paradise, and salvation from the Fire. O Allah, make good for us the outcome of all our affairs, and protect us from the disgrace of this world and the punishment of the Hereafter. O Allah, apportion for us from Your fear that which will come between us and acts of disobedience to You, from Your obedience that which will bring us to Your Paradise, and from certainty that which will make the calamities of this world easy for us. Let us enjoy our hearing, our sight, and our strength as long as You keep us alive, make it the heir from us, direct our vengeance against those who wrong us, grant us victory over those who show enmity to us, do not make our calamity in our religion, do not make this world our greatest concern or the extent of our knowledge, and do not give power over us to those who show us no mercy. O Allah, do not leave for us a sin except that You forgive it, nor a worry except that You relieve it, nor a debt except that You settle it, nor any need from the needs of this world and the Hereafter except that You fulfill it, O Most Merciful of those who show mercy. Our Lord, give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire. And may Allah send blessings upon our master and Prophet Muhammad, upon his family and his noble companions, and grant them abundant peace.
