What it does
Two calendars, one view
Every day carries its Hijri date beside the Gregorian one, in a month view you can read either way.
The occasions of the year
Ten are marked: the Islamic New Year, Ashura, the Mawlid, Isra and Mi'raj, mid-Sha'ban, the start of Ramadan, Laylat al-Qadr, Eid al-Fitr, the Day of Arafah and Eid al-Adha.
Prayer times for any day
Pick any date from 2020 to 2030 to see its prayer times — to plan a journey, or look back.
Matches your moon sighting
Countries begin the month on different days. Let the app adjust to your location, or shift the Hijri date yourself by up to two days.
Questions people ask
Why is the Hijri date a day different from my mosque's?
Countries begin each month on different days, so a calculated date cannot match everybody. In Settings › General › Islamic Calendar, choose Auto-detect or shift it by a day — every Islamic date moves with it.
Does the calendar work offline?
Yes. The dates, the occasions and the prayer times are all worked out on your phone.
