Hifdh — memorise the Quran ayah by ayah, with a reciter who repeatsHifdh

Pick a surah or a range, a reciter, a speed and how often each ayah repeats. Basic mode repeats each ayah on its own; Cumulative mode builds the ayat up into linked groups. Presets of 3, 7 or 10 repeats get you started, and saved sessions wait for you to come back.

What it does

  1. Choose what to learn

A whole surah or a range of ayat, the reciter you learn best from, and the playback speed.

  2. Repeat until it stays

Set how many times each ayah repeats, or start from Quick (3×), Deep (7×) or Intensive (10×).

  3. Two ways to build it up

Basic repeats each ayah on its own. Cumulative also replays the ayat so far as one group, so you learn them as a passage.

  4. Pick up where you stopped

Sessions are saved, so tomorrow starts exactly where today ended.

Questions people ask

Does Hifdh listen to my recitation?

No. Hifdh repeats the reciter's audio so you learn by listening. It does not record you or hide the text.

Does it work offline?

With a reciter you have downloaded, yes. Otherwise the recitation streams and needs a connection.
