I want an alert without the full adhan

Pick Default for a short adhan, or set the prayer to Silent.

Settings › Notifications › tap the prayer. Each prayer can be set to:

Sound On — your chosen Adhan Sound plays: in full on Android, its first half-minute on iPhone.
Default — a short adhan instead of the full one.
System Default — your phone’s ordinary notification tone.
Silent — turn off Sound. The alert still appears and still counts for your tracker.
Off — no alert at all. Turn off Enable Notifications.
