1. Who is running this

Every promotion described here is run by FirdawsWay (BHY Technologies), and by nobody else. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, and is in no way associated with, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. Those companies carry no responsibility for it. By entering you release each of them completely from any liability arising from the promotion.

Any question, complaint or dispute about a promotion goes to us and not to them: support@firdawsway.app.

2. Who may enter

• You must have the FirdawsWay app installed and be signed in to an account, on a device whose app offers the entry screen — see section 3.
• You must be old enough to hold an account on the social networks a promotion names, and at least 13 years old in any case.
• One entry per account, per promotion. Entering again from the same account does not add a second chance.
• Employees of BHY Technologies and their immediate families may not win.
• You may enter from anywhere the app is available, unless the promotion's own post says otherwise. Where local law forbids a promotion of this kind, that law wins and you are not eligible.

3. How you enter

Entries are made inside the app, on the Premium screen, while signed in, so that the prize goes to the account that entered.

The entry screen is not in the iPhone and iPad app. Apple's rules do not allow a promotion to be run from a purchase screen, so entries are made from the Android, Huawei or Windows app. A prize won there still reaches the same account on every device.

A promotion lists what it asks you to have done — following one of our accounts, liking the post — and asks for the names you go by on those platforms so that we can check.

We never ask you to share a post, repost it to your own timeline, or tag a friend in order to enter. The social networks do not permit promotions to be run that way, and we do not want entries on those terms. You are very welcome to share something because you want to; it will not affect your chances either way.

4. What you can win

One month of FirdawsWay Premium, unless the promotion's own post states a different length. It is added to your account directly. There is no cash alternative, the prize cannot be transferred or sold, and it cannot be exchanged for anything else.

A prize is not a subscription. Nothing is charged at any point, no payment method is taken, and there is nothing to cancel — it simply ends on the date the app shows you. We tell you a week before it ends and again on the last day.

If you already pay for Premium you cannot win one, because a free month on top of a subscription would change nothing for you. The app tells you so when you try to enter.

5. How a winner is chosen

Every entry is checked by a person, who looks at what it claims and records the decision.

Where a promotion has a fixed number of prizes and more valid entries than prizes, the winners are drawn at random from the valid entries. Where it does not, every valid entry receives the prize.

An entry is not valid if the things it claims cannot be confirmed, if the names given do not lead anywhere, or if it appears to come from an account created only to enter. Our decision on validity is final. If your entry is not accepted, the app tells you why, in the words of the person who decided.

6. When it closes, and when you hear

The closing date is shown on the entry screen and in the promotion's post. Entries made after it cannot be accepted. Because checking is done by hand, expect a few days between entering and hearing — the app shows you where your entry has got to at any time.

7. Your information

Entering collects only what we need: the account you are signed in to (including its email address) and the names you go by on the platforms the promotion asks about.

We use this information to check your entry and to give the prize, and for nothing else. It is not sold, not shared with the social networks, and not used to advertise to you. It is kept while your account exists, and your personal details in the entry are erased when you delete your account. Our Privacy Policy covers the rest, and our Data Deletion page explains how to delete your account.

8. If something goes wrong

We may cancel, suspend or change a promotion if it cannot be run as intended — a technical failure, or interference that puts its fairness in doubt. If we do, we will say so in the same place the promotion was announced. Prizes already given are not taken back.

These rules may change between promotions. The version on this page at the time you enter is the one that applies to your entry.
